Include your store’s myshopify.com domain, the approximate time and timezone, the action you took, and any error text. Redact customer information from screenshots. Do not send passwords, access tokens or raw order files.

The preview has no guaranteed response time or round-the-clock support.

Opening and refreshing

Open the installed app through Shopify Admin. Refresh runs on demand and requires a truthful confirmation of a complete 28-day trading window and one common replenishment policy. A normal successful refresh can be requested at most once per 15 minutes; failed jobs can be retried after a minute.

If a read is interrupted, the previous complete report remains available with its stale status. Retry a complete refresh rather than treating a failed read as zero sales.

Why a recommendation is withheld

The worksheet supports one active stocked location, up to 500 active variants, 2,000 orders and 20,000 line-item records. New variants, zero recorded sales, incoming inventory, negative Available or missing/inconsistent data withhold recommendations. Unsupported rows remain visible with reasons.

Multiple stocked locations, external fulfilment, bundles and subscription demand are outside this version. Zero recorded sales does not establish zero demand.

CSV and calculated values

The CSV contains the same report inputs, assumptions, generation time and results as the worksheet. Download again from the current report if a report changed while you were exporting. Editing a planning setting does not change a saved report until a complete refresh succeeds.

The model uses recent recorded quantities and Available stock. It does not correct for seasonality, promotions, historical stockouts or unobserved demand. Inspect the fictional demonstration without connecting a store.

Pricing and access

USD19/month and a 14-day trial remain proposed pricing. No paid plan is configured for this development preview. One usable report is available before plan approval; subsequent refreshes require a canonically verified Shopify plan or trial. An all-withheld report does not consume the usable-report allowance.

A page visit or support email does not approve a subscription or initiate a payment. When a plan is configured, its actual Shopify-hosted terms will be authoritative.

Privacy and cancellation

For data requests, use hello@modestambitions.studio or the installed app’s privacy controls. Data erasure does not itself cancel a subscription. Manage app access and subscriptions in Shopify Admin.
